  • Respect: Treat all athletes, parents, officials, and colleagues with respect, fairness, and courtesy.

  • Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants by ensuring that all practices, games, and activities are conducted safely and responsibly.

  • Encouragement: Focus on developing athletes' skills, both on the field and as individuals. Provide positive feedback and constructive criticism.

  • Fair Play: Promote fair play and respect the rules of the game. Ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to participate and grow.

Parents' Code of Conduct

Parents play an important role in creating a positive atmosphere and supporting their child's growth in sports or education.

  • Support: Offer encouragement and support, while respecting the coach's role in directing the team. Focus on the effort and improvement rather than just outcomes.

  • Respect: Treat coaches, officials, athletes, and other parents with respect, both in person and online.

  • Sportsmanship: Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. Avoid negative or overly critical comments towards players, coaches, officials, and other parents.

  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the coach, and address any concerns in a respectful and constructive manner.

  • Positive Environment: Ensure that your behavior contributes to a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants. Be mindful of your words and actions during games and events.

  • Model Behavior: Be a positive role model for your child by displaying good behavior and respect for others in all situations.

Students' Code of Conduct

Students should always strive to behave in a manner that promotes teamwork, discipline, and respect for others.

  • Respect: Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials with respect. Show kindness, and value the contributions of others.

  • Commitment: Attend practices and games regularly, and give your best effort in all activities. Commit to improving your skills and learning from experiences.

  • Sportsmanship: Win with humility and lose with grace. Always encourage your teammates and offer congratulations to the opposition.

  • Responsibility: Take responsibility for your actions, both on and off the field. Follow the rules and guidelines set by your coach, school, or team.

  • Teamwork: Support your teammates and work together towards common goals. Collaboration and communication are key to success.

  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with challenges. Overcome adversity with resilience and a willingness to learn.

By adhering to this SKAIS Code of Conduct, everyone—coaches, parents, and students—can work together to create a supportive and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.
